A Video Well Worth the time it will take to Listen!

Back in March of this year I posted an article about what has become one of my favorite bands: Blue Mother Tupelo.

The article was entitled, “Blue Mother Tupelo: The Best Blues Band You’ve Never Heard of!!!” 

I recently added a video to the original article about the husband and wife team of Ricky and Micol Davis playing “Mississippi Mud.”(The video is also below). The sound quality is good not great, but the video really showcases the guitar talents of Ricky Davis. The Passionate vocals of the band are also on display. As you listen, the energy of Ricky’s rhythm guitar becomes immediately apparent. His guitar is the driving force of the band. What really does it for me is when he mixes that incredible fast paced rhythm with his slide playing.
